Additionally, the software makes supplier management easier. Every time the city council makes a purchase, an order form is generated that deducts the amount from the corresponding budget item. This document is essential so that the supplier can charge the city council in an orderly and precise manner.

It is sent to the signature platform of each town council, where it is validated by the competent authorities.
